Nation Show

In December of 2010, I had the pleasure of doing a few pieces for Nation Toys.
They said I could do anything I wanted, so I started brainstorming. I’ve always been fascinated by medical photographs, especially those taken at the turn of the 20th century.

I decided to do something haunting, and loosely based off of medical deformities, and to possess the haunted nature of those photographs.

Some of them are in my portfolio, and some I felt didn’t fit in my portfolio.

Cyclops

Possession

Pica

Fetus in Fetu

Tentacles

These images were a lot of fun, as they are a departure from my normally very happy subject matter.

Inaugural Sketchblog Post 2011 (NSFW)

It was time for me to revamp my website, and after much fanfare, it’s up!

Here’s some images to decorate the sketchblog with.

A silly illustration that I never got around to finishing.

Two images I re-visited, just to see what they’d be like, in my current way of working. I subtracted a lot of the extraneous detail, and this is much closer to how I envisioned it.
